What is Evryday Travel?
Evryday Travel is a private group trip planning hub from Evryday Studio. It gives churches, schools, families, and trip organizers one place to manage travelers, day-by-day plans, activities, documents, and responsibilities.
Who is it for?
Trip organizers who are responsible for other people: church mission trip leaders, school and youth coordinators, family reunion planners, destination wedding organizers, and travel agents who plan for families and small groups.
Do the people going on the trip need accounts?
No. That is the core idea. People who help plan the trip log in as members. Everyone else — kids, grandparents, guests, clients — is managed on the traveler roster without needing a username, an app, or a password.
Is this ready to use today?
Yes. Evryday Travel is a live product, and registration is open today. Create your account first. Robbie then sets up your plan and billing with you because there is no in-app checkout.
What does it cost?
Founding members keep their rate for life. Starter is $19/month or $190/year, Group is $49/month or $490/year, and Pro / Agency is $99/month or $990/year. Annual plans include two months free. Managed / Concierge starts at $499 for setup plus a Group or Pro plan. Create your account today. Robbie sets up your plan and billing with you — there is no in-app checkout.
How is this different from Evryday Portal?
Evryday Portal is for participant operations: registrations, waivers, approvals, sensitive records, and admin review — the paperwork side of programs. Evryday Travel is for planning the trip itself: the itinerary, travelers, activities, documents, and responsibilities. Some organizations will use both.
Can my church have separate trips for separate ministries?
Yes. One organization account can hold separate departments or ministries, so the youth trip and the missions trip stay organized without seeing each other's details.
What happens to my trip data if I stop using it?
It is your trip. CSV import and export are included, so you can move trip information without a data hostage game.
Is AI involved?
AI is a method Evryday Studio uses in the work when it genuinely helps, not the promise. Evryday Travel is a trip planning tool, not an AI product, and nothing about your trip is fed into AI hype features you did not ask for.
