Sound familiar?

Group trips do not fall apart at the airport. They fall apart in the planning.

  • The plan lives in one person's head, a group text, and three spreadsheets.
  • Nobody is sure how many adults, kids, and helpers are actually going.
  • Every schedule change means re-sending a new version of the document.
  • Who is bringing breakfast? Who has the van keys? Nobody wrote it down.

The core idea

Planners log in. Travelers don't have to.

Most trip tools assume every person on the trip wants another account and another app. Evryday Travel separates the two: members plan and manage the trip together, while travelers — kids, grandparents, guests, clients — are simply counted, organized, and cared for.

Members

Log in, plan, collaborate, and manage the trip.

Travelers

Are on the trip. No username, no app, no password reset.

Departments

Ministries or teams inside one organization keep their trips separate.

What it helps with

The practical parts of organizing people.

Traveler roster

Count adults, children, and households in one list. Track who is interested, confirmed, or waitlisted — without making anyone create an account.

Day-by-day itinerary

Put activities on days, reuse the ones that repeat, and give each day its own times and notes. When plans change, everyone sees the same version.

Who is responsible for what

Assign activities to people or roles like Food Coordinator, Chaperone, or Transportation Lead, so responsibility is written down, not remembered.

Documents and details in one place

Keep the packing lists, confirmations, and trip documents with the trip, instead of scattered across inboxes.

Best fit

Built for the person holding the whole trip.

Church trip leaders

Mission trips and ministry travel with adults, students, chaperones, and a plan that changes weekly.

School and youth coordinators

Class trips and youth group travel where counting kids, adults, and responsibilities actually matters.

Family organizers

Reunions, vacations, and multi-household trips where one person always ends up holding everything.

Travel agents and repeat planners

Client itineraries that need a clean, shareable plan without forcing every traveler into an app.

How it works

From scattered plans to one trip hub.

  1. Create your account

Register with your name, email, and organization so your trip hub has a clear home.

  2. Set up your plan and billing with Robbie

There is no in-app checkout. Robbie helps you choose the right plan and sends the payment link or invoice.

  3. Plan together, travel with clarity

Add the travelers, days, activities, documents, and responsibilities. Your co-planners work from one current plan.

Honest boundaries

What Evryday Travel is not.

  • Registration is open. Billing is founder-led: Robbie sets up your plan and billing with you after signup. There is no in-app checkout.
  • It is not a payments platform, a waiver system, or a booking engine. If you need registrations, waivers, and participant records, that is Evryday Portal.
  • No guarantees of rankings, citations, or magic. Just a clearer home for the trip you are already planning.

Before you ask

The questions trip organizers ask first.

Read the full FAQ
Do the people going on the trip need accounts?

No. That is the core idea. People who help plan the trip log in as members. Everyone else — kids, grandparents, guests, clients — is managed on the traveler roster without needing a username, an app, or a password.

Is this ready to use today?

Yes. Evryday Travel is a live product, and registration is open today. Create your account first. Robbie then sets up your plan and billing with you because there is no in-app checkout.

How is this different from Evryday Portal?

Evryday Portal is for participant operations: registrations, waivers, approvals, sensitive records, and admin review — the paperwork side of programs. Evryday Travel is for planning the trip itself: the itinerary, travelers, activities, documents, and responsibilities. Some organizations will use both.
